Dear customer, we wish to inform you that the D.lgs n. 196 on June 30, 2003 (“Regulations on protection of personal information”) regulates the protection of people and other subjects on the processing of personal information. According to the regulations above, the processing will be implemented with respect to the fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection principles for your own confidentiality and personal rights. In compliance with the article 13 of the D.lgs. N. 196/2003, we thus provide you with the following information.
PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION
Personal information which will be provided by the subjects will be collected, processed and preserved for the following purposes:
- – Creation of a database;
- – Client service activities in order to reply to any inquiry which is presented via electronic interfaces;
- – Advertising material to be sent via e-mail, sms, air mail and other communication channels;
- – Marketing activities via third party companies.
REASON WHY AND MODES OF DATA COLLECTION
The providing of personal information, although being optional, is necessary to the service execution. Refusing to provide personal information can prevent from implementing the execution itself.
Data processing will occur with tools and modes suitable to protect the safety and confidentiality of personal information and will be implemented both manually and with electronic or automated tools.
Subjects which will be specifically allowed to data processing, such as employees or other collaborators, will be able to overview data during processing activities or those activities related to advertising, together with third party service providers.

DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS
In compliance with the processing of personal information, data subjects are allowed to exercise their rights as to the article 7 of the D. Lgs. 196/2003, whose text is entirely reported below.
Data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation on the existence of their own personal information, even if they have not registered yet, and to have them in an intelligible format.
Data subjects have the right to obtain details on:
- – Origins of personal information;
- – Purposes and modes of processing;
- – The logic which has been applied in the case of processing through electronic devices;
- – Identity of data collector, all those entitled and representatives according to article 5, comma 2;
- – Subjects and subject categories whom data can be communicated or who could be access them.
Data subjects have the rights to demand:
- – Updating, correcting or, when interested, integrating personal information;
- – lDeleting, modifying anonymously or blocking processed data in violation of the law, including those whose their preservation is not related to the purposes previously stated;
- – Certifying that data processing above have been clarified, also for what concerns content, those data have been communicated, unless in the case this reveals to be impossible or implies costs which are disproportionately larger than the right they have violated.
Data subjects have the right to oppose, partially or entirely:
- – For reasons which are related to the processing of personal information;
- – For the processing of personal information the subject is related to for what concerns advertising material or direct sales or market researches or sales communications.
